At Concrete Crafts Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns under the conditions described below.

2. return window

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
  • After we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including any accessories, instructions, etc.). 

4. non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned. These may include:

  • Products that show signs of damage, or missing parts.

5. return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. how to return an item

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the item securely, include all original packaging, and ship it back.
  4. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and process your refund or credit.

9. damaged or defective items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may ask for photos to assess the damage.
  • If confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid return label, and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
